1. Looking for acceptance from others knowing it’s an inside job – this might be my toughest.
2. Listening to my inner voice that is talking shit about myself – just because I have a thought, it doesn’t mean it’s true.
3. Doing things, I don’t want to do, or I do because I think I have to. You can never get that time back. Use your time wisely.
4. Perfectionism – always trying to strive for something you can’t reach just sets you up for failure.
5. Fear of saying no – when I say yes, all the time, I’m getting stuck in people pleasing mode and end up stressed and resentful!
6. Toxic relationships – moods/emotions are contagious.
7. Negative beliefs – if it’s not serving me, if it’s old and outdated, it’s time to go.
8. Sugar – It’s a love/hate relationship.
9. Judgment – I tend to constantly judge myself which leads me down a negative path.
10. Social Media on my phone. If I choose to go on social media, I will have to make the effort. Social media can be addicting, and it leads to FOMO and comparing ourselves to others. How do you feel after spending time on social media?
11. Multi-Tasking anything that needs my complete focus and attention. Multi-tasking just adds stress.
12. Anger – it is holding you back, keeping you stuck and adding stress. Trade in anger for forgiveness.
What will you release?
